Unfortunately it is most unlikely there will be the usual 6 pm Mass at Swynnerton this Sunday. Please 'phone first if you are thinking of travelling (01270-768144). Fr. Chavasse is doing okay and may be able to celebrate Jan. 4 in the New Year.
However, there are Masses on Monday 29 Dec. (St. Thomas of Canterbury) at 11 am,
Friday 2 Jan. (First Friday) at 7 pm, and Tuesday Jan 6 (Epiphany) at 7 pm, all at St. Wulstan's Church, Wolstanton, near Newcastle-under-Lyme. Many thanks to Fr. Anthony Dykes.
